Exciting and special Ellie's autumn & winter menu brings in the best of Andalucia's seasonal produce and sunshine. For cooler days why not start with a 'Creamy garlic mushroom pot with parmesan gratin topping' or a 'Beetroot, sweet potato and goats cheese soup with pistachios' - Yum! New for this season is the 'Catalan fish stew of hake, mussels and langostine in a saffron and lemon broth on a bed of potatoes & local beef tomatoes' and some firm winter favourites are back on the menu such as 'Coconut fish curry with ginger, corriander and lime served with noodles and almonds' or Ellie's famous 'Haggis' of local morcilla with secret spices on a bed of caramelised onions, mash potato with a whisky cream sauce'.
Corredera 55 is always a wonderland for vegetarians with over 10 entirely vegetarian dishes on the menu including a perfect 'Aubergine and tomato cheesecake with feta & oregano served with a garden salad'. Firm favourites stay on the menu including the outstanding Ottolenghi inspired 'Cauliflower steak roasted in harissa marmelade' or our very tasty 'Risotto of mushrooms, garlic, parmesan and pumpkin crisps' - sooo good!
